Loktantrik Samajbadi Party (LSP) has decided to give the vote of confidence to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

A parliamentary party meeting of the LSP presided over by its chair Mahantha Thakur decided to give the vote of confidence to the prime minister, party's chief whip Ram Prakash Chaudhary said.

Sharad Singh Bhandari is the Minister for Labor and Employment on behalf of the LSP, which has supported the present government.

The LSP has four lawmakers in the House of Representatives. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to seek a vote of confidence in the House of Representatives (HoR) on July 21 as per the Constitution of Nepal.

President Ramchandra Paudel on last Sunday had appointed Oli Oli as the Prime Minister as per the Article 76 (2) of the Constitution.
