Cine actor Bhuwan KC bids farewell as FDB chair

Nepali cine actor Bhuwan KC concluded his two-year term as the chairperson of the FDB, Nepal on July 23.

KC was bidden adieu by organizing a ceremony at the hall of the FDB in Chabahi, Kathmandu on Thursday.

He was presented with a framed photo, and a wreath was placed around his neck during the farewell program.

Speaking at the farewell event, outgoing Executive Chairman KC said that he learnt a lot of good things during his two-year term. "I learnt many valuable things during my tenure," KC stated, adding, "I tried my level best to tackle the challenges and issues plaguing the film industry."

A book outlining his key accomplishments during the past two years and offering strategic recommendations for the film industry's future was also launched at the event.
