NC President Deuba nominates chiefs of 37 departments

Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has constituted various 37 departments of the party as per its statute.

Party chief secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel informed that President Deuba designated several central members of the party as the coordinators of the departments today. The President has nominated party central members Govinda Bhattarai as the chief of the department of state administration; Madhu Acharya local level coordination; Man Bahadur Biswokarma archiving, monitoring and evaluation; Chandra Bahadur KC federal affairs coordination; Govinda Bahadur Shah parliamentary affairs; Man Bahadur Nepali law affairs; Rajeeb Dhungana student and Dr Dila Sangraula professional and intellectual.

Likewise, Nain Singh Mahar has been designated the chief of the department of education; Dr. Chandramohan Yadav health; Madan Bahadur Amatya construction business coordination; Shiva Prasad Humagain public transport and transport entrepreneurs coordination; Umesh Shrestha agriculture and farmer; Umesh Jung Rayamaji sports; Taraman Gurung natural resource; Bidya Devi Timilsina literature, art and culture; Laxmi Pariyar Dalit community coordination and empowerment.

The NC President has designated the responsibility to Krishna Kishor Ghimire as the chief of the department of conflict management and mediation; Maikulal Balmiki Muslim; Karna Bahadur Budha financial institutions coordination; Sushila Mishra Bhatta science and information technology; Mahendra Kumari Limbu ex-Army; Prof. Dr. Govinda Raj Pokharel economic policy and planning department.

NC President Deuba has also nominated Abdul Satar as the chief of the well-wisher organizations; Harisharan Nepali labor and trade union; Nripa Bahadur Woda land management, landless and unmanaged settlement coordination; Dhana Khatiwada human rights; Kalyan Kumar Gurung environment and climate change concerns; Anil Kumar Rungata energy and water resource and Dr. Jeewan Rana children and adolescents coordination department.

Deuba has nominated Laxmi Khatiwada as the chief of civil relations and problem resolution coordination; Ganga Laxmi Awal as professional skills development; Dr. Gopal Dahat as poor uplift coordination; Arjun Prasad Joshi as social organization coordination; Ajayababu Shiwakoti as library and party study-resource center; Dhyan Govinda Ranjit as religion-culture coordination and Dinesh Koirala as former immigrant coordination department.
