India’s Foreign Secretary Misri arriving Nepal

Foreign Secretary of India, Vikram Misri, is arriving on an official visit to Nepal visit for the first time following his appointment to the post of Foreign Secretary.

According to Amrit Bahadur Rai, the spokesperson at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Secretary Misri is coming to Nepal as part of culture of visiting South Asian countries after the appointment as the new foreign secretary.

Even though it is suggested that she is arriving in Nepal soon, concrete details regarding his arrival time remain elusive, the Foreign Ministry said.

Misri was appointed as the 35th Foreign Secretary of India on July 15. He had first visited Bhutan after being appointed as the foreign secretary.
