Janata Samajbadi Party, Nepal (JSP-N) led by Upendra Yadav has elected its office-bearers almost two and a half months after its general convention.
JSP-N held its general convention in Janakpurdham on June 10, 11, and 12. However, it had not elected other office-bearers except Upendra Yadav as its chairman.
Almost after two and a half months, JSP-N elected Rakam Chemjong as its co-chairman, while Raj Kishor Yadav, Mrigendra Kumar Singh Yadav, Govinda Chaudhari, Shiva Lal Thapa Magar and Bidyut Bajracharya have been elected as vice chairpersons.
While Lal Bahadur Raut and Ram Kumar Sharma were elected as general secretaries, Prakash Adhikari, Deepak Karki and Rekha Yadav have been elected as deputy general secretaries, the JSP-N has said.
Similarly, Manish Kumar Suman has been elected as the spokesperson for the party.
