Eaknarayan Aryal appointed chief secretary

The government has decided to appoint Eaknarayan Aryal as its new chief secretary.

Minister for Communications and Information Technology, and Spokesperson of the government, Prithvi Subba Gurung, shared that Aryal has been appointed as the chief secretary with effect from September 1 by the meeting of the Council of Ministers held today.

Similarly, the meeting decided to appoint Dinesh DC from Ilam as the executive chair of the Film Development Board.

Similarly, it has decided to allow telecommunication service provider telecom company Ncell to pay license renewal fee in four installments. "From the second installment to the last installment, 10 percent interest rate will also have to be paid," Minister Gurung said.
