An arrest warrant has been issued against medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain.
Kathmandu District Court on Wednesday issued an arrest warrant against Prasain and gave permission to the police to apprehend him, accordingly.
Cyber Bureau of Nepal Police had sought a permission from the court to arrest Prasain in a cyber crime case.
Similarly, the court has also issued an arrest warrant to arrest Jivan Pandey of Badigad Rural Municipality, Baglung, and Prakash Chandra Dahal of Sunaulo Bazaar, Dhading, as per the demand by the Cuber Bureau.
They will be charged under the Electronic Transaction Act, 2063, the police said.
