PM Modi directed his subordinating body to plan his Nepal visit: Foreign Minister Rana

Foreign Affairs Minister of Nepal Dr Arzu Rana Deuba has claimed that Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi directed his team to make preparations for a state visit to Nepal.

Foreign Minister Rana, who recently came back to Nepal from a five-day official visit to India, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has already directed his subordinating unit to make preparations necessary for a state visit to Nepal.

Speaking in the meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee of the House of Representatives today, Minister Rana claimed that Prime Minister Modi accepted his Nepali counter’s invitation and has directed his subordinating body to prepare his Nepal visit with a detailed itinerary.

Minister Rana who embarked on a five-day official visit to India on August 18 had given an invitation letter to Prime Minister Oli for a state visit to Nepal on behalf of Prime Minister Oli.
