Defending champion France have reached the semi-finals by defeating England.
France booked a spot in the last 4 teams for the second time in a row after beating England 2-1 in the quarter-finals last night.
Aurélien Tchouaméni and Olivier Giroud led France into the semi-finals scoring for their team in the 17th minute and 78th minute.
In the first half, Tchouaméni led France by score of 1-0. However, in the second half England's captain Harry Kane returned the equalizer through a penalty in the 54th minute.
But Giroud again scored in the 78th minute to keep France alive in their bid to defend their title.
In the 84th minute again, England got a penalty but lost the chance to equalize when Kane missed the shot.
Since both teams failed to score thereafter, France booked their place in the semi-finals against Morocco.
