Nepal lost to host Canada by four wickets in the fourth match of the ICC T20I tri-series.
Home team Canada won the match by reaching the 140-run target set by Nepal by losing six wickets. This is the second loss to Canada in the tri-series involving Oman. Earlier, it had lost to the home team by 14 runs in its first match.
Saad Bin Zafar topped the score with 33 runs including four fours and one six off 18 balls followed by captain Nicholas Kirton with 26 runs while Dilpreet Bajwa contributed 25 runs.
In reply, Lalit Rajbanshi and Sandeep Lamichhane took two wickets each while Sompal Kami grabbed one wicket.
Earlier, invited to bat first after losing the toss, Nepal notched up 139 runs losing six wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
Anil Sah topped the score with 41 runs including four fours and three sixes off 30 balls followed by Aasif Sheikh with 30 runs while Gulsan Jha contributed 23 not-out runs.
In reply, Harsh Thaker took two wickets while Dilon Heyliger, Akhil Kumar, Parveen Kumar and Saad Bin Zafar grabbed one wicket each for Canada.
Nepal will play the final match of the series with Oman today. In the first match with Oman, Nepal defeated Oman by 37 runs.
Following the series of the ICC World Cup League 2, Nepal will fly to America to play a tri-series involving Scotland.
