Nepal has inflicted a humiliating 11-0 defeat on Maldives in the second match held at Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu on Monday.
Rekha Paudel scored the highest five goals while Preeti Rai made a hat-trick for the resounding win for Nepal. Similarly, Sabita Rana Magar, Anita KC and Amisa Karki contributed one goal each.
An alternate player, Amisa Karki, who entered the field in the 88th minute scored a goal, taking Nepal's score tally to 11-0 against Maldives. Similarly, Preeti Rai completed her hat-trick after she scored the third goal in the 87th minute.
Similarly, Rai did not miss the opportunity of converting a penalty awarded to Nepal into the goal. The opportunity of penalty was given to Nepal after Maldives' defender fouled Anita Basnet in the 86th minute.
In the 78th minute of the game, Rekha Paudel scored her fifth individual goal and scored the ninth goal for the team.

Anita KC, who entered the field as a substitute, scored a goal in the 68th minute of the game.
Nepal took a 7-0 lead after Preeti Rai scored the second goal on Rekha Paudel's back pass in the 65th minute.
In the 63rd minute of the game, Rekha Paudel scored fourth individual goal, taking the score tally to 6-0 for Nepal. In the 48th minute of the game, Rekha Paudel completed her hat-trick.

In the 32nd minute of the game, Rashmi Kumari Ghising's cross was scored by Rekha Paudel, taking the score tally to 3-0.
In the 38th minute, Bimala Chaudhary's free kick hit the crossbar and Nepal lost a great chance to widen the lead.
In the 42nd minute of the game, Nepal widened the lead 4-0 after Rekha Paudel scored the second individual goal.
