Bangladesh takes 2-0 lead against India in first half

Defending champion Bangladesh has taken a 2-0 lead against India in the first half of the SAFF Women's Championship underway at Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu.

Bangladesh took the lead after Afida Khandaker scored a goal in the 18th minute of the first half.

The defending champion doubled the score after Tohura Khatun scored a goal capitalizing the long cross from Ritu Porna Chakma in the 29th minute.
