Nepal and India draw in first half of SAFF Women's C'ship semis

The semi-final match between Nepal and India has ended in a goalless draw in the first half of the SAFF Women's Championship.

Despite both teams adopting an attacking approach from the outset, neither could capitalize on their chances to score.

In the 44th minute, the goal shot by Preeti Rai from near the D-Box area was cleared by the goalkeeper of India. Similarly, Dabitra Bhandari alias Samba's shots were saved by the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute and in the 31st minute.

Likewise, the goal shot by Samba in the 28th minute went above the crossbar. Rekha Paudel's shot on the corner by Sabita Rana Magar went wide the crossbar in the 23rd minute.

In the earlier semi-final held in home ground, Nepal had defeated India 1-0.
