The candidacy of Sewa Lamsal, the secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been endorsed as an ambassador for Belgium by the Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC).
A meeting of the PHC on Wednesday morning endorsed Lamsal's candidacy for the post of ambassador to Belgium.
Her candidacy was endorsed once the hearing on the complaints lodged by the general public were heard. Lamsal also presented her work-plan during the PHC meeting.
Lamsal in her work plan has pledged that she will play effective roles in international diplomacy, advocating for Nepal's priorities in collaboration with other nations.
