Hamas has released a video of a 19-year-old Israeli soldier who has been held hostage by Hamas for more than a year.
She is Liri Albag, an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) guard. She was captured by Hamas during an attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.
According to a report by The Times of Israel, Liri Albag was taken hostage by Hamas on October 7, 2023, along with six other soldiers. Fifteen Israeli soldiers were killed during the Hamas attack.
In a three-and-a-half-minute video, 19-year-old Liri Albag says she has been held captive by Hamas for more than 450 days and complains that the Israeli government has forgotten her and the other hostages.
Albag says, “I just turned 19. I have my whole life left, but now my life is in captivity.”

She looks safe and healthy, even gain some weight. All you have to do is release 9,500 of Palestinian hostages kept by terrorist Israel and cease all fire against Palestinian and give a two state solution.

Of the six Israeli soldiers captured by Hamas, one was rescued by the IDF, while the other was killed.
Four other hostages, including Albag, are still being held by Hamas.
The family of Liri Albag said the video clip released by Hamas was heartbreaking.
The family said the video clearly shows Liri being subjected to extreme mental and physical torture.
The victim's family has appealed to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to secure the safe return of their daughter Albag.
