Gold price increases by Rs 1,400 per tola

The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,400 per tola today.

With the fall in price, the gold is being sold for Rs 160,600 per today, the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association (FENEGOSIDA) said.

The price of gold was Rs 159,200 per tola today.

Similarly, the price of silver has also gone down by Rs 20 per tola today. According to the Federation, the silver is being sold for Rs 1,855 per tola. The silver price was Rs 1,835 per tola yesterday.

The gold price had hit a record high of Rs 171,000 per tola on October 31, 2024.

The gold price went down after the government reduced the custom duties.
