Two Indian nat'ls held with gold at Nagdhunga

Two Indian nationals have been apprehended at Nagdhunga, Kathmandu, for possession of illegal gold. The suspects were traveling from Kakadbhitta on a bus (Bagmati Province 01-002 Kha 0542) when they were intercepted and searched by Nagdhunga police.

According to SP Apilraj Bohora of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, 318 grams of gold were recovered from the individuals. Authorities are carryin gout search inside the bus, suspecting there may be additional concealed gold.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Mahesh Amrit Mani, 27, and Rahul Khadu Sarkala, 24, of Indian State of Maharashtra. The police said they are investigating the case after taking them under control.
