Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has announced a significant reshuffle of its overseas staff, with five new country managers appointed to key international locations.
A board meeting held on Tuesday decided to fill vacant positions in the corporation's international offices."
According to the decision, Migee KC has been assigned as the new Country Manager for Hong Kong, while Dograj Kyapchhaki will take on the role in Doha. Ramesh Paudel, previously the spokesperson for NAC, has been appointed as the Country Manager for Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, Kamal Gyawali will lead the Delhi office, while Anju Sharma Marasini has been assigned to Dammam. All five appointees are level eight employees of NAC.
Furthermore, several other key positions have been filled. Tej Bahadur Thapa and Arbind Kumar Kamati have been recommended as Airport Managers for Narita and Dammam, respectively.
Three level seven Accounts Managers have also been transferred, with Naresh Yadav heading to Hong Kong, Rajan Ghimire to Narita, and Subash Marasini to Dammam. Station Managers have been newly appointed for Hong Kong, Doha, and Dubai, with Guru Sharan Shah, Krishna Prasad Bajgain, and Suresh Raj Subedi taking on these roles, respectively.
Kamal Pratap Sen has been appointed Accounts Manager for Kuala Lumpur. According to NAC's Human Resources Department, the selections were made based on a rigorous process involving the review of seniority, educational qualifications, performance evaluations, and interview scores by a designated selection committee.
