Two youths found dead in Kailali community forest

The bodies of two men were discovered in the Salghari community forest in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-9, Kailali, on Sunday.

According to the District Police Office, Kailali, the deceased have been identified as 32-year-old Dewal Chaudhary and 33-year-old Kaida Rana, both residents of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-10.

DSP Kabindra Singh Bohora of the District Police Office, Kailali, stated that Chaudhary's body was found hanging from a tree, while Rana's body was found on the ground.

"Chaudhary's body was found suspended from a tree using a bicycle tire tube rope," DSP Bohora explained. "Rana's body was discovered lying on the ground approximately 15 meters away from that of Chaudhary's."

The cause of death for both individuals remains unknown. Police have initiated an investigation into the incident. The bodies have been transported to Seti Provincial Hospital for a post-mortem.
