Laxmi Intercontinental, Hyundai’s authorized distributor in Nepal, unveiled the CRETA EV and locally assembled CRETA ICE at an event in Soaltee Hotel, Kathmandu, under the theme "CHOOSE YOUR FUTURE."

The CRETA EV starts at Rs. 5.196 million, while the Made-in-Nepal CRETA ICE begins at Rs. 5.396 million, offering savings of up to Rs 900 thousand compared to imported models. Korean Ambassador to Nepal, Park Tae Young attended the launch.

A company representative stated, "With both EV and ICE options, we empower customers to choose their ideal mobility solution while supporting Nepal’s automotive growth."

The CRETA EV boasts 200mm ground clearance, 11kW fast charging, and ADAS safety features, while Hyundai Nepal expands charging infrastructure under "Re-Lax" and partners with Attero India for battery recycling.

Hyundai continues its legacy in Nepal with over 10,000 Creta owners, backed by strong warranties—8 years for EV batteries and 3 years for ICE models.
