Addressing a high-level gathering of the special representatives of the BIMSTEC member states organized by the International Relations and Global Diplomacy Dialogue (IRGDD) and Ambassadors' Club in Kathmandu on Thursday, General Secretary Pandey shed a light on the unique identity of BIMSTEC based on shared geography, cultural heritage, social structure and mutually understandable languages.
