Ramada Encore Kathmandu, a premier 4-star hotel, has teamed up with US-based leadership development firm Impact Yes to enhance leadership standards in Nepal’s hospitality sector. The collaboration will introduce psychology-driven training programs to boost innovation, staff engagement, and guest experiences.

Impact Yes, known for its neuroscience-backed training methods, will also support Ramada Encore in operational excellence. The firm plans to expand its programs to Sri Lanka and the UAE.
