Gold price down by Rs 1,400 per tola

The price of gold has decreased by Rs 1,400 per tola (11.66 grams) in the domestic market today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold has been determined at Rs 188,300 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 189,700 per tola on Sunday.

Similarly, the price of silver has decreased by Rs 20 per tola. The price of silver is fixed at Rs 1,970 per tola today.

The price of the yellow metal is 3,300 US dollars per ounce in the international market today, the Federation stated.
