Medical Entrepreneur Durga Prasai has been remained to four more days in custody.
A bench of Judge Harka Bahadur Chhetri extended Prasai's remand by four more days for further information.
Prasain has been serving a custody term for the last 52 days. The police are making preparations to submit a report on Prasai after completing investigation.
Currently, police are carrying out investigation on 28 individuals including Prasai on charges of criminal mischief, treason and organized crimes.
Prasai had been arrested in connection with the violent Tinkune incident that occurred on March 28.
