CG Hospitality, the hospitality arm of CG Corp Global, has announced a major collaboration with Marriott International to introduce the Series by Marriott™ brand in India, anchored by The Fern Hotels, a leading eco-sensitive hotel chain.
Under the agreement, The Fern, The Fern Residency, and The Fern Habitat will join Marriott’s global network, adding up to 84 hotels and 6,000 rooms to Marriott’s India portfolio. The deal includes a strategic equity investment by Marriott in Concept Hospitality (CHPL), which operates The Fern brands, and a long-term co-branding partnership.
