Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the prices of diesel, kerosene and petrol. The board of directors of the Corporation has increased the price of diesel and kerosene by Rs 1 per liter and petrol by Rs 2 per liter, effective from Saturday midnight.
On the other hand, the Corporation has reduced the price of aviation fuel. According to the NOC, the price of aviation fuel (domestic) has been reduced by Rs 3 per liter and US $ 22 per kiloliter for international fuel.
With the increase in prices, diesel and kerosene have been set at Rs 140.50 per liter, Rs 142 and Rs 143 per liter for Kathmandu, Pokhara and Bhairahawa, respectively, and petrol has been set at Rs 156.50 per liter, Rs 158 and Rs 159 per liter, accordingly.
Domestic aviation fuel has been set at Rs 118 per liter. International aviation fuel has been set at US $ 901 per kiloliter in Kathmandu, US $ 721 in Pokhara and US $ 706 in Bhairahawa.
The Corporation has stated that the prices in the local market have been adjusted in line with the new price list received from the Indian Oil Corporation today.
