An Indian national and a Nepali woman have been found dead at Pasikot in Budhanilkantha Municipality-4, Kathmandu.
According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Param Narayan Gill, of around 54 years old, from Chandigarh, Punjab, India, and Anjana Tamang, approximately 28 years old, originally from Galchhi Rural Municipality-6, Dhading, who was currently working and living in the same house. They were found dead inside the two-and-a-half-story house of Sunita Singh Thakuri, located within the compound of Three-Star Kids Zone School.
Acting on a tip-off about the incident, a police team fanned out to the scene and found Anjana Tamang dead on the sofa in the middle room of the first floor of the house, which Gill had rented. She had visible injuries on her head. Param Narayan Gill was found dead on the floor of the same room, with no visible wounds. An iron hammer was also found near the scene.
The police stated that the incident occurred on June 13, and a poisonous substance named "Sulfos" was also recovered from the scene.
