The shooting of Jaari 2 directed by Upendra Subba has finished. It wrapped up on the 36th day of shooting in Panchthar.
The film production company, Bansuri Films has informed that it will be released on Vijaya Dashami. However, the date is yet to be made public.
The production team has made public the character looks of lead actors Dayahang Rai and Miruna Magar as soon as the shooting was over.
In the character's appearance, Dayahang is shown playing the chyabrung, while Miruna is dressed in traditional Limbu attire.
With the 'Song of Chyabrung' as the slogan of the film, Upendra Subba, who directed Jaari 1, the blockbuster of 2080 BS, is the script writer of Jaari 2. Poet Subba, who made a debut in a film direction from Jaari 1, earned Rs 170 million in the Nepali box office.
To be made in the banner of Baansuri Films, Ram Babu Gurung is the producer of this film.
Besides Dayahang and Miruna, the other characters in the film include Bijaya Baral, Richa Sharma, Buddhi Tamang, Pushkar Gurung, Prem Subba, Maotse Gurung, Manhang Lawati, Bishnu Moktan, Kamalmani Nepal, Anil Subba, Rekha Limbu, Bedana Rai and Sirjana Ninglekhu.
