Two bodies of Chinese missing in Bhotekoshi found in Trishuli

Two bodies among six Chinese nationals missing in the Bhotekoshi River were found on the bank of the Trishuli River in Dhading district.

According to the District Police Office, Dhading, one body was found in the Trishuli River at Gajuri Rural Municipality-6, Belkhu, while the other was recovered in the Trishuli River at Galchhi Rural Municipality-2, Keurenitar.

Locals had informed the security personnel after noticing them on the bank of the Trishuli River on Tuesday morning.

They are identified as the bodies of those Chinese people who went missing in the swollen Bhotekoshi River.

Meanwhile, a dead body, which was being cremated on the bank of the Trishuli River in Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality-7, was swept away by the floods, the police said.
