Visiting Vietnamese Vice President holds meeting with President Paudel

Vietnamese Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan held a meeting with President Ramchandra Paudel at Sheetal Niwas.

Visiting Vietnamese Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and President Ramchandra Paudel have held a courtesy meeting.

The two leaders discussed issues related to bilateral cooperation and mutual interest during the meeting held at Sheetal Niwas on Monday morning, according to a source at the Office of the President.

Vice President Vo Thi arrived on Saturday on a three-day official visit to Nepal on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between Nepal and Vietnan at the cordial invitation of her Nepali counterpart Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav.

Earlier, visiting Vo Thi held meetings with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, her Nepali counterpart Yadav and Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana Deuba.

She is returning home today, wrapping up her three-day official visit to Nepal.
