Nepal and Bangladesh are locking horns in a friendly match today. The match will start at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwar at 5:30 pm.
The next match will be held on Tuesday (September 9). These matches, which are being played under the FIFA window are viewed as important for the preparation of the AFC Asian Cup Qualifier. If their win is not declared even after two matches, the winner will be declared through penalty shootouts, the organizer said.
A 23-member of Nepali football team has been prepared under the captaincy of Kiran Chemjong. The winner will be awarded with a trophy and a medal, the ANFA has said.
For today's match, ticket price is set for Rs 1,000 for the VIP parapet and Rs 500 for normal parapet.
The National Stadium has the capacity to accommade 15,000 audiences.
