Gold price increases by Rs 1,100 per tola

The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,100 per tola in the domestic market today. A tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams.

The yellow metal is being traded at Rs 217,100 per tola today, according to the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers' Association. Gold was traded at Rs 216,000 per tola on Friday.

Similarly, silver is being traded at Rs 2,620 per tola in the domestic market today.
