An earthquake measuring 4 on the Richter scale struck Ramechhap this afternoon, the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center stated.
The tremor with its epicenter at Bhatauli of Ramechhap occurred at 2.14 pm.
Prior to this, a 4.6 magnitude-earthquake with its epicenter around Patihalne Bhanjyang on the border between East Rukum and Baglung was recorded on September 17.
