Following landslides, the Narayangadh-Muglin road section and the Muglin-Nagdhunga road section, part of the Prithvi Highway, which had been obstructed since the morning, have now commenced one-way traffic.

Vehicles that were halted due to a landslide in Benighat-Rorang-10 Jwangkhola, Dhading, have been permitted to proceed to their destinations after the blockage was cleared. The road has resumed operations following the removal of the landslide at the Ichchhakamana-5 Tuinkhola bridge in Chitwan, said Chief District Officer Ganesh Aryal.

CDO Aryal indicated that the process of landslide clearance and facilitating vehicle passage is still in progress, and travelers are advised to exercise caution due to the persistent risk of significant landslides. The police have noted that, because of ongoing rainfall, there remains a high risk as rocks and soil continue to fall.
