The rise in the price of gold in the international market has had its direct impact in the domestic bullion market as well.
The price of gold has reached an all-time high in the domestic market today. According to the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, gold is being traded at Rs 235,960 per tola (11.66 grams) today. It was Rs 233,100 per tola on Monday.
Similarly, the price of silver has been fixed at Rs 2,930 per tola today. Gold is being traded at 3,965 US dollars per ounce in the international market today.
