Gold price drops by Rs 2,000 per tola

The prices of gold and silver in the domestic market have dropped today.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of yellow precious metal has been set at Rs 239,900 per tola (11.66 grams) in the domestic market on Monday. The price of the bullion was Rs 241,900 on Sunday.

Similarly, the price of silver has decreased by Rs 35 per tola today and is being traded at Rs 2,980 per tola.

The gold is currently being traded at USD 4,075 per ounce in the international market, it is said.
