The gold price has increased by Rs 600 per tola today, the last trading day of the week.
With the increase in the price, the yellow precious metal is being sold for Rs 238,400 per tola, the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association has said.
The gold price was Rs 237,800 per tola yesterday.
The price of silver has also gone up by Rs 10 per tola today.
With the price hike, the silver is being sold for Rs 3,020 per tola today, the Federation said.
