Gold continues to glitter, hits Rs 267,200 per tola

The price of gold and silver has surged once again in the Nepali market on Tuesday, the third trading today of the week.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the prices of both metals have reached an all-time high.

The price of gold has increased by Rs 5,500 per tola, reaching Rs 267,200 today. This marks the highest price for gold recorded to date.

On Monday, the price had risen by Rs 3,400 per tola to reach at Rs 261,700.

Similarly, the silver price has increased by Rs 120 per tola today.

With the price hike, the silver price has reached at Rs Rs 4,255 per tola, the Federation has said.
