Gold price drops Rs 12,500 per tola, trading at Rs 282,000

In the first trading day of the week, the price of gold and silver has decreased in the domestic market today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of gold has declined by Rs 12,500 per tola (11.66 grams) today and reached Rs 282,000.

Similarly, the Association has fixed the price of silver at Rs 4,540 per tola today. It was decreased by Rs 355 per tola. Gold was traded at 294,500 per tola and silver was Rs 4,895 on Friday.

As per the international media, the price of gold has been set at 4500 US dollars per ounce and silver at 68 US dollars per ounce in the international market today.
