Sudhan Gurung set to return as Home Minister; swearing-in at 3 PM

Sudhan Gurung is set to become the Home Minister again in the government led by senior leader of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Balendra Shah.

According to sources at the Prime Minister's Secretariat, Gurung is set to be appointed as the Home Minister. Preparations are also underway for his swearing-in today.

"A letter has been sent to the President's Office for the swearing-in ceremony. Preparations are underway for the swearing-in at 3 pm today," the PM's office said.

Gurung had resigned on April 22 after being embroiled in a controversy. He is set to return to the Home Ministry after the investigation committee formed by the government gave him a clean chit.
