The two teams in Group L were tied 0-0 after 90 minutes. However, Ghana scored in injury time to secure the win.
Caleb Yirenkyi scored for Ghana in the 95th minute of injury time.
Both teams played well in the first half but failed to score.
Both teams missed some good chances to score in the first half. The goalkeepers on both sides made excellent saves from the opponents' powerful shots.
