The 11th edition of the Nepal European Union Film Festival will be held from October 28 to November 1.
Issuing a press note, the European Union delegation office for Nepal said that this edition will be held both outside and inside Kathmandu.
According to the organizers, 13 European and 3 Nepali films will be screened at the festival. The festival, which will run both live and online in a hybrid model, will be held physically at the Film Development Board, Chahabil and will run online from October 28 to November 1.
The festival to be held in Surkhet will be organized at Midwestern University, Surkhet from November 5 to 8. Five European and three Nepali movies will be screened in Surkhet.
Actress Keki Adhikari is the goodwill ambassador of the festival.
Similarly, three complementary activities related to various aspects of film and film production will also be organized as part of the festival.
