Nepathya, who has not performed abroad for a long time due to the epidemic of Covid-19, is going to hit the stage in Dubai.
Nepathya, a Nepali folk and rock band, is going to stage live performance in Dubai, a lucrative destination for many Nepali migrant workers, on November 6.
"This time we are coming to Dubai again with full zeal and enthusiasm to perform at the same venue known as a venue for ice skating and music events," says Amrit Gurung, the lead singer and leader of the band.
Nepathya introduced itself to this city after the 2015 earthquake. Since it was a pre-scheduled event, Nepathya, who was able to show his presence even during the time of mourning, collected the proceeds from the Dubai concert to support the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund.
"Even though it was a moment of mourning, nearly 2,000 audiences were present," recalls singer Amrit, "based on the video recording of that concert, we also prepared a music video for 'Koshiko Pani Yo Zindgani'."
Four years later, Nepathya reached Dubai for the second time in March 2019.
Tickets for the upcoming Dubai concert have also been made available in the surrounding areas.
According to the local organizers, the ticket prices for the event in Dubai have been set at 50 and 100 UAE dirhams.
