DPM Shrestha stresses infrastructural dev

Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Narayan Kaji Shrestha has stated that priorities will be given to construction of physical infrastructures so as to strengthen the economy.

Addressing an interaction program of Center for Diplomacy and Development on 'Development, Diplomacy and Security in Indo-pacific region' held in Kathmandu on the occasion of its fifth anniversary, Minister Shrestha said the base of the nation's prosperity was development of physical infrastructure itself. 

DPM Shhrestha also said the Ministries works will be made effective by closely observing all the aspects including policies, plans and programmes of infrastructural development. 

Also speaking at the programme, Bangaldesh's Ambassador for Nepal Salahuddin Noman Chowdhury and the Center's Founder Chairman Mohan Krishna Shrestha among others stressed on strengthening development, diplomacy and security of Indo-pacific region that will ultimately pave way for Nepal and other concerned nations reaping proper benefits.
