Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited's subsidiary company Skywalk and Bungee Jump aims to construct the uniquely-designed and constructed bridge at the cost of around Rs 1 billion, said Ram Chandra Sharma, Chairperson of the Company.

Many physical infrastructures such as 17-storey five-star hotel, wax museum and conference building among others are being built to attract tourists and to to prolong their stay in the town known for its verdant forest, high hills and picturesque mountain view from the hilltops. Bandipur is situated at seven kilometres away from Dumre Bazar along the Prithivi Highway.
