Tri-Nations PM Cup: Nepal clinch 2-0 win against Laos

Nepal defeated Laos by two goals in the tri-nations Prime Minister's Cup held at Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu on Wednesday.

Nepal doubled the score after Nawayuga Shrestha scored another goal in the 56th minute of the second half of the match.

Earlier, in the 30th minute of the first half, Ananta had scored a goal through header by capitalizing on the corner ball.

Despite opportunities,  Laos could not convert them into goals. Nepal appeared dominant in the match since the very beginning. 

Nepal and Laos met after six years in the match played at Dasharath Stadium today.
