Petroleum products' price goes down

The government has slashed the price of different petroleum products from Monday midnight.  

According to the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), price of diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel decreased by Rs 10 per liter while petrol's price is reduced by Rs 3 per liter.

Issuing a notice today, the NOC said price of petrol is now fixed Rs 175 per liter while price of diesel and kerosene is Rs 165 per liter. 

Likewise, the price of aviation fuel for the internal flight is Rs 160 per liter.

A meeting of the NOC board of directors held Monday decided to cut the price of petroleum products after the import rate was lowered from Indian Oil Corporation (IOC).
