ACC Premier Cup: Nepal vs Malaysia, Hong Kong vs Singapore today

Home team Nepal are playing against Malaysia in the opening match of the ACC Premier Cup on Tuesday.

The match will start at 9 am at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

Nepal, which are considered to be the contender for the title, is planning to make a good start in the Premier Cup by defeating Malaysia.

Nepal will be captained by Rohit Paudel while Malaysia will be captained by Ahmad Faiz.

The winner of the Premier Cup will qualify for the Asia Cup. They will get a chance to play against India and Pakistan in the Asia Cup.

Having won 11 out of the last 12 matches of the ICC World Cup League-2, Nepal want to maintain the same trend.

Hong Kong will take on Singapore in the next match today. The match will be held at Mulpani Cricket Stadium.

The 10 teams participating in the Premier Cup are divided into two groups. Group A includes hosts Nepal, Oman, Qatar, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia.

Group B consists of UAE, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore, and Bahrain. The Premier Cup will be held at TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur and Mulpani Cricket Ground till May 1.

The top two teams in the group will qualify for the semi-finals.
