Openers Kushal Bhurtel and Ashif Shaikh were dismissed for zero runs. Kushal returned to the pavilion after being caught LBW by Bilal Khan in 2.2 overs. In 3.4 overs, Ashif was bowled out by Kalimullah K.
Nepal scored only 5 runs after losing 2 wickets at the end of 6 overs.
