Vote count begins in Chitwan 2

The vote-counting has started in Chitwan constituency 2.

The counting has started from wards 1 and 2 of Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality. The counting of votes is taking place at the Chitwan Expo Center.

Earlier, the counting had been delayed due to the dispute between Rastriya  Swatantra Party and the ruling alliance.

Chief District Officer Surendra Pandey has been accused of assisting RSP Chairman Lamichhane to win the elections.
